The E2 Group
What is the E2 Group?
The E2 Group is made up of four companies: E2 Solutions (Pty) Ltd, E2 Institutions (Pty) Ltd, E2 International and E2 Group Global B.V. Together they build, implement and support membership management and CPD software for professional bodies and statutory councils.
What does E2 Solutions do?
Commenced business in February 2000 to develop configurable membership management and CPD software, together with supporting services (including bookkeeping, member assist, content maintenance) for professional bodies. Our two primary products are registered trademarks in South Africa, known as MYMEMBERSHIP and MYCPD and E2 Solutions licenses the use of these products to the various other legal entities within the E2 Group.
What does E2 Institutions do?
Established in 2018 as a wholly owned subsidiary of E2 Solutions (Pty) Ltd to design, build, support and maintain bespoke membership management and CPD solutions for South African statutory bodies, by making use of the MYMEMBERSHIP and MYCPD products as a framework and developing these further into tailor-made solutions.
What does E2 International do?
Registered in Scotland during September 2017 to market, implement and support the MYMEMBERSHIP offering to English-speaking countries around the world.
What does E2 Group Global B.V. do?
Established in 2024, E2 Group Global B.V. is our company in the Netherlands, serving the international market and the European Union.

What is MYBROADCAST?
MYBROADCAST is the email platform for growing organisations around the world. Design, send and track email campaigns, manage and segment contacts, and collect responses with surveys and forms, all from a single dashboard and billed in your local currency. Who uses E2’s software?
Member-based organisations and businesses of every size: professional bodies and associations, including those whose members hold designations and carry CPD obligations; South African statutory councils, through E2 Institutions; and businesses using MYORDERS, MYSUBSCRIBERS and MYBROADCAST. E2 International and E2 Group Global B.V. serve organisations outside South Africa.
What is CPD?
CPD stands for Continuous Professional Development: the ongoing learning that professionals do to keep their knowledge and skills current, often with a yearly requirement set by their professional body or council. MYCPD hosts accredited online CPD courses and keeps the records, so professionals don’t have to track their CPD by hand.

Where are your offices?
Virtualising the business was first considered in late 2017 when we were awarded a contract by the International Society of Audiology to provide membership management software and supporting services to members spread across the world. A pilot project commenced early in 2018 where selected individuals were given the opportunity to work remotely from their home premises. The pilot was a success as we found these individuals performed far better than those working from the office building.
A decision was taken to virtualise the entire business with effect from January 2019, wherein all our employees now work remotely. We have found this approach to still be highly effective for our field of work.
